In accordance with Law no. 241 of 7/8/1990, n. 241, the right to access documents applies to administrative documents held by SEA strictly within the scope of its public interest activities. For the purposes of such access, 'administrative document' means any representation in graphic, photographic, video, electromagnetic, or any other form of the contents of records, including internal records or records not relating to a specific proceeding, held by SEA and concerning public interest activities.
The right to access may be exercised by anyone having direct, practical and current interest, corresponding to a legally protected situation and connected to the document to which the party requests access.
